MIMCO Survey $20 Reward- website T&Cs
Participating in MIMCO’s survey is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This survey will be undertaken on GetFeedback, Inc.’s platform. GetFeedback Inc. is an independent survey tool used by Mimco Pty Ltd to conduct this survey. GetFeedback Inc. may collect and use your personal information during the survey in accordance with their Privacy Policy available here. (https://www.getfeedback.com/privacy)
The survey is open to MIMCOLLECTIVE Members who receive an email invitation to participate and are an Australian or New Zealand resident, 18 years or older and living in Australia or New Zealand. The survey is open from Tuesday 16 May until 11:59pm AEDT Sunday 21 May 2017.
Participants who complete the survey will receive a $20 Reward, which will be loaded to their MIMCOLLECTIVE Member account and emailed to them after completion of the survey. The $20 reward expires 14 days after date of issue. The $20 reward can only be redeemed at MIMCO Boutiques in Australia and New Zealand (excluding South Africa and all Australian and New Zealand concession stores – Myer and David Jones) and can only be redeemed on presentation of the MIMCOLLECTIVE Card or corresponding photo identification. To be eligible to receive the $20 reward, all required details in the survey must be completed. There is a limit of one reward per Member and the reward can be used once only (i.e. the reward cannot be partially redeemed). In order to receive the $20 Reward, members must complete the online survey. Members who update their details in store will not be eligible to receive the $20 Reward. The reward will be issued in specific currencies, based on the residency of the Member, so that rewards issued in New Zealand dollars are redeemable in New Zealand stores and on the new Zealand website, whilst rewards issued in Australian dollars are redeemable in Australian stores and on the Australian website, subject to the restrictions detailed in these terms and conditions. When redeeming the reward in store, the Member must provide their address and photo identification. When redeeming online, the Member must sign in using their registered email address and apply the reward at checkout. This reward cannot be used to purchase gift cards. This reward is not redeemable for cash and no change will be issued. This reward cannot be used on an existing or new lay-by. MIMCO will not re-issue, replace nor be liable for any reward lost or stolen. This reward is not transferrable. When the cost of a purchase exceeds the value of the reward, the Member will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment.The offer is subject to MIMCO’s General Terms and Conditions and Delivery, Returns, MIMCOLLECTIVE Loyalty Terms and Conditions and Privacy policies, which are available at mimco.com.au.
